Let us ease your worries with our new 'Visual boat check' service!
Since opening 'the quay shop', we are aware that many of you are unable to check on your boat as much as you would like through either distance or time pressures!
These two factors combined with past experiences where we have helped owners with a diverse range of problems has lead us to provide this service.
Our 'Visual boat check' will ensure the following for you;
- All lines secure and protecting the boat.
- All fenders in position and protecting the boat.
- Canopies / covers secure.
- Shore power 'on' in pontoon box.
- No obvious external problems
How it works:
- Contact us either by phone, using a website 'contact us' form or call in the shop (if it's a future date).
- Advise us that you wish us to carry out a 'visual boat check' and leave us a contact telephone number.
- We will carry out the check on the either the day the contact is received or the day you specify and contact you to confirm completion and advise you of any problems
- Payment will be taken in the shop on your next visit to the marina.
Simple! And all for a fixed price of £2.50, a small price to pay for peace of mind!
This check can be carried out when your boat is in the water or ashore and if there is anything else you would like us to check please discuss with us at the time of contact.
